1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Customers may cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order number and purchase details.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. Customers may instead refer to our Refund & Returns Policy (if applicable).
2. Company-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock, discontinued, or unavailable.
- Payment is incomplete, unsuccessful, or flagged for potential fraud.
- Errors in product description, pricing, or listing are discovered.
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control prevent us from fulfilling the order.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Approved cancellations will be refunded in full within 7–14 working days, via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Non-refundable charges (e.g., payment gateway fees) may be deducted where applicable.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
- Clearance items, customised orders, and special promotions may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
- Customers are advised to review order details carefully before completing the purchase.
